"KOTOBA to GEN (Words and Strings)"
is a totally new approach of musical concert by voice(narration), cello and piano on the stage of Maebashi City Museum of Literature Hall.
"Imagination" and "Dreams".
Based on these two concepts, we're going to create a time where voice, cello, piano and words are crossed, weaved and progressed altogether, that is not bound by readymade frame of narration or solo performance.
Upcoming (or past-coming) literature works are of those who are familiar to this museum:
Hiroatsu Takata (sculptor, 1900-87)
Motokichi Takahashi (poet, 1893-1965)
Kenji Miyazawa (novelist, musician, social activist, 1896-1933)
and words of "imagination" and "dreams", ancient or modern, west or east.
